Check the vessel, then plan the installation
407 mm wide × 508 mm deep × 464 mm high. Approximately 12.5 kg, with a maximum user weight of 225 kg. Overall height is not measured seat height.
Measure the available floor space and allow lid opening, cartridge access and room to use the toilet. Assess stable positioning and securing for the vessel with the operator or a relevant installer. IPX4 means splash resistance; the toilet is not designed for immersion or high-pressure jets. Follow the Australian manual and protective-cover guidance. This page does not establish approval for a vessel or installation.

HOW LAVEO WORKS

Pressing the flush button starts the powered cycle. Waste is contained in the liner and a fresh section is prepared for the next use.

Each cartridge provides 15 powered flushes. With Pee Powder and a suitable routine of up to three urine-only visits followed by one bowel movement and immediate flushing, up to 60 visits per cartridge may be possible. This is a conditional maximum, not a guaranteed yield. Always flush after bowel movements and sooner if needed.

Carry enough cartridges for the people aboard and expected trip length. Start with a charged battery and agree who will check the liner and handle refill changes.
Remove and securely close the used liner according to the manual. Use suitable general waste only where local council, site and operator rules permit. Do not put used liners in recycling, waterways or the environment.

For a splash-prone location, ask our Australian team about a suitable protective cover. Laveo is IPX4 water resistant; a cover does not make it suitable for immersion or high-pressure jets.
PLAN THE ONGOING TASKS
A clear routine for care and disposal
Check daily while in use. Wipe the seat and lid as needed, clean soiling promptly and follow the Australian manual for the rest of the unit. Keep the removable battery charged and plan cartridge changes. Do not charge the battery while it is connected to the toilet.

Questions about boat setups
Does it need a blackwater tank?
No liquid blackwater tank or flushing-water connection is required. It still needs a charged battery, refill cartridges and suitable waste disposal.
Can it go on any boat?
No single setup suits every vessel. Check space, stable positioning, securing, power and access with the operator or relevant installer before ordering.
Can I leave it exposed to water?
Laveo is IPX4 splash resistant. It is not designed for immersion or high-pressure water jets. Follow the Australian manual and protective-cover instructions.
Where does the waste go?
Remove and securely close the used liner according to the manual, then use a suitable shoreside waste service only where local and operator rules permit. Do not discharge liners or sealed waste into waterways.
