How do I apply for 20% owner pricing on refill packs?

Australian Laveo DryFlush owners can apply once 30 days have passed since their toilet order date, or once they have bought any refill pack, whichever comes first. Owners who bought through a dealer or caravan builder can also apply.

We check your purchase details and email you within 1–2 business days. The discount applies to refill packs only; Pee Powder, parts, accessories and trade or dealer accounts are excluded. Apply for owner pricing.

Laveo DryFlush is a waterless portable toilet that contains waste in a continuous disposable liner. Pressing the flush button uses a fan, vacuum and twist mechanism to seal the waste and prepare a fresh section of liner. It does not use heat-sealing bars, flushing water, liquid toilet chemicals, plumbing or an external vent connection.

Laveo can suit caravans, campervans, boats, camping, tiny homes, bedside use and remote workplaces. Full-time or shared use requires planning for refill supply, battery charging, cleaning and suitable waste disposal. Check the space, mounting and each user’s access and support needs before choosing a setup. Shared facilities also need clear instructions and a cleaning schedule.

DryFlush Australia lists White and Black Edition Laveo toilets. The standard Australian package includes a removable 12V 7Ah rechargeable battery, battery cable, Australian charger, two refill cartridges, one bottle of Pee Powder, a user manual and a two-year manufacturer warranty. Mounting hardware and other accessories are sold separately unless included in a named bundle. Check the selected product page for current contents, price and availability.

The toilet measures 464 mm high × 407 mm wide × 508 mm deep and weighs approximately 12.5 kg. Its maximum user weight is 225 kg. Allow room to open the lid, sit comfortably and change the refill. Accessories have separate dimensions and load limits: the safety frame supports approximately 136 kg, so the toilet’s 225 kg limit does not apply to the frame.

The Laveo toilet is American-made. DryFlush Australia is the exclusive distributor of the Laveo DryFlush portable toilet brand across Australia. We provide local sales and support, with refills, the Australian battery and charger setup, and listed replacement parts available through our store. For advice or an existing order, call 1800 844 962 or email kevin@dryflush.com.au. Overseas offers, warranties and electrical accessories may differ from the Australian package.

Laveo contains waste in disposable liners rather than a liquid cassette, composting chamber or combustion process. It needs no external vent connection or flushing water, but it does need refill cartridges, power and suitable disposal of sealed waste. Compare the space, installation, power, servicing and consumable costs of the models you are considering. No single system suits every installation.

One refill provides up to 15 flushes. A flush is one powered sealing cycle; a use is one toilet visit. With Pee Powder used as directed, up to three urine-only visits followed by one bowel movement and immediate flushing can provide up to four uses per flush, or up to 60 uses per refill. Results vary with waste volume, paper and flushing habits. Flush after every bowel movement and sooner if needed.

When the red warning line appears, replace the refill after the current use, following the manual. Replace sooner if the container is full. The red line is a replacement warning, not a guarantee of two extra flushes.

Pee Powder absorbs urine into a gel and can allow several urine-only visits between flushes. It is optional; the toilet operates without it. Use about half a teaspoon per pee, before or after urinating as directed in the Australian manual, and allow 2–3 minutes to gel. Flush after no more than three urine-only visits, after every bowel movement, and sooner if needed. The up-to-60-use capacity includes the mixed sequence of three urine-only visits followed by one bowel movement and immediate flushing; it is not 60 guaranteed urine-only visits.

Disconnect the toilet power cable before handling internal parts. Follow the Australian manual to remove the trim top and used refill, securely close the black disposal bag containing the waste, and install a fresh refill. Seat the lined octagonal container on its square drive key, secure the disposal liner as shown, and fit the black panel and cartridge correctly. Reconnect power only after reassembly. Dispose of the closed waste bag where local council and operator rules permit.

Estimate your total powered flushes, divide by 15 and round up, then allow spare capacity for waste volume, toilet paper and refills changed before they are exhausted. Count the stock you already have; a new toilet includes two cartridges. Refills are sold in packs of 3, 6 or 15. Carry spares for remote travel and use your first trips to measure your own consumption.

Order refills and Pee Powder through DryFlush Australia or call 1800 844 962 for help. We list 3-, 6- and 15-refill packs, plus single-bottle and 8-bottle Pee Powder options. Check the product pages for current availability and delivery. Before remote travel, carry enough supplies rather than relying on local shops or immediate delivery.

They are different materials. Current Australian refill rims are bagasse, a sugar-cane fibre material; the silver Mylar barrier liner is not biodegradable. Do not put used liners or current bagasse rims in plastics recycling. Older clean plastic rims should only go in recycling where your local service accepts them. Follow local disposal rules. A bagasse rim does not make the whole refill compostable or guarantee a fixed breakdown time in landfill.

You can remove waste before a refill is exhausted, but the current removal process discards the remaining liner in that refill. Do not try to reuse a waste liner or reconnect it without instructions from DryFlush Australia. For occasional use, finish each use correctly and keep the unit dry. Ask us about long storage or persistent smells; an indefinite odour-free storage period is not guaranteed. Store unused refills clean and dry, and check the battery before your next trip.

Toilet paper and sanitary pads can be contained within the liner, as described on our Australian mining and remote operations page. Bulky items reduce capacity, so flush and change the refill according to the space available. Never put sharps, broken glass or other objects that could puncture the liner in the toilet. Ask us about other products or specialist hygiene waste and follow the applicable waste arrangements.

No water, sewer or external vent connection is needed. Place Laveo on a suitable level surface and keep access for refill changes. For mobile installations, use an appropriate purpose-designed mounting solution. We list floor and wall mounting kits; check the instructions and your floor or wall construction before drilling.

The Black Water Floor Mounting Kit is designed to mount Laveo over an existing toilet flange using its plates, spacer and positioning template. Check dimensions, fixing points and access; it is not a guaranteed direct fit for every installation. Have old water and waste connections safely isolated and capped as appropriate. Send us photos and measurements if unsure.

Yes, with suitable protection. Our custom-fitted waterproof covers are ideal for protecting the Laveo in combined shower and toilet areas. We offer a standard cover and a version with a padded seat. The toilet itself is water-resistant, not waterproof, so fit the cover as directed when showering, keep electrical components dry, and do not allow water to pool around the toilet. Contact DryFlush Australia if you would like help choosing a cover or checking your layout.

Laveo can suit marine use because it contains waste rather than discharging it overboard. Check the space, secure mounting, access for refill changes and protection from spray or pooling water. Use an approved power arrangement and arrange suitable shore-side disposal. Installation and safety requirements should be checked for your vessel.

No plumbing connection does not automatically mean no approvals are needed. Requirements depend on the property, dwelling classification, intended use and location. Before relying on Laveo as the sanitation system for a dwelling or site, ask the relevant council or authority about approval and waste arrangements. DryFlush Australia can provide product information for your enquiry.

The portable, waterless design can make bedside placement practical where there is suitable access, space and a stable floor. The Floor Tray & Lift Kit raises the toilet by 75 mm. The separate Toilet Safety Frame with Handles supports approximately 136 kg; the toilet’s 225 kg limit does not apply to the frame. Assess each person’s transfer and support needs rather than assuming every setup is wheelchair accessible.

Our range includes floor and wall mounting kits, the Black Water Floor Mounting Kit, Floor Tray & Lift Kit, non-slip mat, Toilet Safety Frame with Handles, harness assembly, toilet covers including a waterproof padded cover, and a pop-up privacy tent. Check fit, instructions and availability for each item. A cover does not make the toilet waterproof. The separate Power Options collection lists an AC Power Adaptor, DC Power Cable, battery charger and rechargeable battery. An optional five-year warranty is also available; see the warranty answer for terms.

The Australian package uses a removable 12V 7Ah rechargeable battery, providing approximately 300 flushes per charge depending on battery condition, use and operating conditions. Disconnect the battery from the toilet before charging, use the supplied compatible Australian charger, and reconnect only after charging is complete. The charger charges the battery; it is not an operating power adaptor.

DryFlush Australia separately lists an AC Power Adaptor and DC Power Cable. Follow their instructions and use an approved 12V DC source through the rear power inlet. Do not connect 24V or 48V directly or wire power to the circuit board. Ask us about compatibility before adapting a vehicle or solar setup.

Battery performance can change with temperature and battery condition. Protect the toilet and refills from water and follow the battery, charger and product instructions for use and storage. For freezing conditions, extreme heat or an exposed installation, contact DryFlush Australia about your setup before relying on the unit.

Follow the manual to securely close the black disposal bag containing the used liner and waste. Use suitable general waste only where the local council, facility or site operator permits it. Do not assume every public bin, campsite or landfill accepts it. Do not put used liners in recycling or organics bins, empty loose waste into the environment or discharge it into waterways. If unsure, ask your council or waste operator about sealed portable-toilet hygiene waste before use.

Laveo uses no flushing water or liquid toilet chemicals. It does use disposable liners that need suitable disposal, and the silver barrier liner is not biodegradable. Current bagasse rims reduce reliance on the older plastic rim design but do not make the whole refill compostable. Water savings and overall impact depend on the system being replaced and actual use.

Change refills, charge and check the battery, and clean the seat, lid and exterior with a soft cloth and suitable mild cleaner. Keep electrical components dry and do not hose down the toilet. Use suitable protective gloves when handling waste and wash your hands afterwards. Follow the Australian manual for setup, cleaning and troubleshooting. Shared facilities also need clear instructions and a cleaning schedule.

Check that the battery is charged and the power cable is securely connected. A slow cycle can indicate a battery needing charge. If the battery is removed frequently, the positive and negative power cables on top of the battery can work loose. With the battery disconnected from the toilet, check that both cables are securely attached to their correct terminals and have not become dislodged. Follow the manual to check accessible connections and the fuse; use only the same specified 7.5A ATO/ATC fuse type and rating.

If the liner is loose or does not pull down, stop rather than repeatedly flushing. Disconnect power before checking setup. Follow the manual to check the octagonal container is seated on its square drive key, the black panel is seated, and the disposal liner and refill are fitted correctly. Reassemble fully before reconnecting. Do not open the rear electronics panel unless our support team instructs you to. If the issue continues, send your order details and a short video to DryFlush Australia.

The liner system is designed to contain waste and odours after flushing, but a persistent smell or leak needs checking. Flush after bowel movements, use Pee Powder as directed, and check whether the refill needs changing or is fitted correctly. The manual notes that some liquid can occasionally remain in the next bowl. For a damaged liner, liquid outside the liner or a recurring problem, stop using it and contact DryFlush Australia. Conventional plumbing, wax-ring and chemical-tank troubleshooting does not apply to Laveo.

Do not install a refill with visible damage. Keep the refill, packaging and purchase details, and email clear photos to kevin@dryflush.com.au. Tell us whether it was unused or had already been installed. We will assess the issue and advise the next step. Do not attempt to patch a waste liner.

Stop using the toilet and disconnect power. Do not flush uncontained waste through the mechanism. Contact DryFlush Australia for cleaning and recovery instructions, especially if waste has reached moving or electrical components. Once the unit has been assessed and cleaned as directed, install the disposal liner and refill correctly before using it again.

We list a replacement battery, Australian charger, white toilet seat, in-fan and out-fan assemblies, twist motor assembly, power jack, push-button assembly and circuit board. Replacing parts is straightforward and can be done by most people; a technician is not required. If you suspect a problem, contact DryFlush Australia with your order details and a description of the symptoms before ordering. We can guide you to identify the correct replacement part and explain how to fit it. Disconnect power before replacing parts and follow the fitting instructions we provide. We can also advise on warranty cover.

The standard Australian toilet package includes a two-year manufacturer warranty. The optional five-year extended warranty is purchased with the toilet and adds five years to the original two-year manufacturer warranty, giving seven years of warranty cover in total. Contact us with proof of purchase and symptoms before arranging a repair or return.

Yes. Contact DryFlush Australia with your intended use, quantity, installation requirements, location and timeframe. We can discuss mounting, consumables and support for an Australian deployment. Trade prices, special delivery arrangements and discounts require an individual quote; owner refill pricing excludes trade and dealer accounts. Commercial facilities still need suitable privacy, hand hygiene, cleaning and waste arrangements.
