Fantastic customer service! Every time I've spoken with the owner or the gal who I think is their office manager, they've been super helpful and informative. They respond quickly and do everything they can to help or accommodate, and they're friendly and straightforward every time. The product works well and is easy to use and refill. This is a niche business, which can make it really hard to find products or companies that work well, but they do both. Highly recommend!

Bought this for my camper van I'm building. Already bought a new cassette type toilet for it and came across the Dryflush website. So glad i did. After reading about it I decided to swap to Dryflush. Expensive yes, but a better toilet you will not get. And no smells or gaging when you have to empty it. And no cutting out the side of your van to install it. And that is a cost saver. Kevin from Dryflush couldn't be more helpful with my queries and so quick to ship. Highly recommend this toilet and this Aussie business.

We purchased the dryflush after watching a range of you tube reviews and it seemed to match up well with out needs. We did a price / fearure comparison with other options that claim to be hassle free and figured this was the best for is. Mainly it was cleanest and tidiest. We purchased it and some spares online and had the unit within a 3 days very well packed and we were kept informed via actual phone calls and it showed up in good shape! After our first few day's out camping I must report it worked perfectly, no smell easy to dispose of the waste at the end of our trip. Even after storing in a sealed compartment at the front of our van we could't detect any smells and no sign of any leaks. Once we overcome the initial purchase price we figured this is a perfect solution for us and it will hopefully look after us for many years. The build quality looks like it should. 👍
